have just mearsured the distance between my hairline and eyebrows.
The centre of the hairline is 45mm or 4.5 cm and the distance to my temples is 51mm or 5.1cm on the right side and 52mm or 5.2cm on the left side, have you guys ever done this, also if you do it try not to frown because this makes the distance smaller and will give a wrong reading.

also do you think this is a low hairline ,medium hairline or a high hairline

Why don't you put away your ruler and go for a walk instead of trying to classify your every physical attribute...

You need to find a hobby not involving measuring tools and hairlines. This is truly sad.

give him a break we were all like that at one point. look your hairline dosnt nessesarly matter, look at freddik lugemberg (totaly butcherd that) his hairline is wayyy high.. whats left of it. and he gets more head then a pillow. yeah they say the optimal distance is a # but really if you buzz it you COULD be fine with a much higher number then that.

i agree it is a bit sad but i am very obsessive kind of guy and worry a lot,but in my opinion that is on the low side in hairline terms, some none balding people have 9cm centre hairlines

I don't think that measurement on its own is terribly meaningful.

What's important is the relationship between that distance and the distance between your eyebrows and your chin.

I'm doing myself no favours by pointing this out, believe me  on me, the measurements are almost the same. Oops :?

I am glad you point this out stampede because my mearsurements are

chin to nose = 7.5cm
nose to eyebrows = 7cm
centre hairline to eyebrows =4.5cm
