Haircheck Device For Measuring Density

I was wondering if anyone had any take on this device:

Forgive their shitty website(I guess?).

It claims to measure density. I know both Alan Bauman and William Rassman are fans and consider it reliable.

My hair is not bad enough for that to ruin my day. I'm a dense NW2 that wants to take action as soon as I recede past that or lose density.

I had one done with another Doctor. My hair so much worse since seeing him. Using finasteride. He says my numbers are better. But for the first time people have noticed my hair loss so i know it can't be right. Prevent hasn't been good to me. Started as a very dense NW2 myself and the amount of hair i have lost since I started seeing this "specialist" has been astonishing.

Doctor tried to tell me that the numbers foreshadow growth and that because my numbers were improving on this special finasteride he put me on that I am doing well. People for the first time have been starting to make comments to me, but my doctor says hair check numbers are improving. You do the math.

I tried buying one directly from the company (about a year ago) and they wouldn't sell to an individual, had to be a doctor or hair care specialist.
