Thinking very serious about hair transplant now. Been on finasteride for 5 months and continued to lose hair..its all receding hairline to between a Norwood 2 and 3. I am solid from crown to mid scalp and maybe the finasteride will ensure that I hold that but is just not working at the hairline where i know its less efective.

I saw Dr Rogers here last year in the summer and still convinced he is the best in the Uk although I know to do better I need to go to Canada etc.

Has anyone had experience of Dr Rogers fixing their hairline?
I know UK drs struggle with denser packing for hairline.

I think I am looking at around 2000 (Dr Rogers suggested 1250 last yr but its moved quite a bit since then) grafts. i would like to wait for HM but I think I will look too bad by then and want it fixed now.

The finasteride is whats making you shed. It should come back stronger. This is a sign that you are responding. Stay out of the chair.
If you really want to see some fallout go for a premature transplant.
Hang tough. There is no quick fix. Been there done that.
Now take a hammer and hit your thumb as hard as you can. I gaurantee you will not think of your hair for quite a while.
P.S. I am not a doctor nor is this medical advice.
