Hello.

I am 26 years old. I am on 3 big for 4 years but in an irregular way.

Do you think it is too early because i may lose more hair or should I go for it now?

And I am from Turkey, so i hear many of people come here for transplant.

You should visit a surgeon for an advice. You are young and probably your alopecia is going forward. If you go through surgery now, you will be tied to finasteride the rest of your life. A better pic of your donor area would help. Good luck

I'd say despite your hair is longer in the previous pics, the improvement is visible.

And yes, go for a hair transplant now, your donor area looks correct so not a high density but a coverage (if I were you I'd get it done in two separate surgeries) can be obtained.
