Hair Transplant Pictures - Before and After

Have you noticed that all the before pictures show a man with a sad face... Then, in the after photos, every SINGLE person has a HUGE, HUGE f*****g smile. I hate these marketing tactics.

Or for those snake oils.. in the Before pics, they show a camera flash on the top of the scalp to exaggerate the bald spots. Next to it are the After pics, where there is no flash and thus less visible bald spot
