Hello,

Background: 31 y/o. Use monixidil, just started 0.5 mg Finasteride. Microneedle once a week both temples and scalp using 1.0mm on a Derma pen for about two months. I have noticed some velus hair growth on temples but nothing significant yet.

I would like all of your expert opinions. I have decided to get a transplant done in Turkey. I have two options : HLC and Vera Clinic. From what I've been reading it seems HLC is definitely more reputable and Vera Clinic has been deemed as a 'mill' but the aftercare and guarantees from Vera Clinic really do entice me. I've been quoted it would take 3000-3500 grafts (stick method) from HLC at approx $3 a graph, so about $9k total. The earliest appointment they can book is in May. The doctor would be doing all of the work. Vera Clinic said I would need approx 2500 grafts (DHI/sapphire FUE) and they would provide their oxycure and post surgery PRP for a total of $3500. Even though I haven't clarified it seems like the doctor will supervise a technician that does the work but the doctor does make all of the initial incisions. Donor area management is key so I am a little interested in why Vera Clinic thinks I need less grafts despite them being a less reputable clinic. They seem flexible as to when I can arrive. Your guys input would be really helpful, especially those who have had operations done by either. Pics included for opinions.
