Hair transplant in Thailand and my situation

Hello everyone

I am very new here, although I have been lurking for quite a while.
I am a 34 year old male dealing with hairloss since I was 28 years old, I was able to catch it fairly early on knowing my uncles history, i was probably norwood 1 at the time. But I knew it would turn out bad if i ignored it.
Medication: I am currently on Minoxidil for around 6-7 years now and it has worked great (using it once a day at night).
First year had some amazing results, but it has slowly stopped being as efficient, although of course I will keep on using it.

In my first year I did also try to combine it with Finasteride (half a pill every other day) and it had some amazing results, my hair would stop falling out completely and I regained my teen hairline. My initial side effects were ball ache for the first week that went away very quick, but after 3 months I developepd some weird chest pain
(similar to costochondrites, very weird but I checked my heart with 4 doctors and once I stopped i went back to normal). Long story short I had to discontinue the treatment, even though I retried a few times after within 2-3 days I would always get symptoms.

I tried Eucapil even though to a minor extent I had the same side effects.

TLDR
I am currently norwood 3 maybe a bit worse I dont know, I am trying to do a hair transplant in Thailand as I am in a neibhoring country due to work.
I reached out to Dr Damkerng Pathomvanich, Dr. Kongkiat Laorwong and Dr. Pukpinya Jangjetriew

All seem to be amazing doctors.
But here are my concerns:
Dr Damkerng Pathomvanich seems to be great he is the most experienced and his results are superb he is expensive but he is also an older gentleman.
Dr. Pukpinya Jangjetriew gives me a timeline December 2026 which is huge of a wait.
Dr. Kongkiat Laorwong has sent an email stating "Most of grafts are inserted with implanters in the pre-made incisions by experienced assistants"
"Doctor does some grafts placement at the end and double check to complete the work"

In this case what would you choose?

Right below you can find some attached pictures of my situation

I go with #1. You don't want assistants doing the surgery or placement because you have no idea who they are. Maybe some guys first day doing it...who knows.
Don't try to save a few dollars on this, you get it wrong and you ruin your life.

Thanks for your honesty man, I think I will do that.
Dr Damkerng Pathomvanich seems to have an amazing reputation and results.

@Saulist on YouTube is one of the best results on someone under 30 and I think he got his with Dr Path…but he stayed on finasteride/oral min afterwards and documented his recovery in detail.

You might get away with not taking finasteride if you were much older but 34 is still relatively young and a lot more hairloss and deterioration in hair quality can still happen even with the best surgeon and perfect conditions.

I made sure to share my regime, I will see how I can improve it, tbh adding Breezula as soon as it comes out is definitely something I am looking into.

But what was your experience with the doctor?

You are absolutely right, to be honest if I could handle Finasteride I probably wouldn't even need the transplant.
