    Hello everyone.

How many graphs do you think i would need to cover the top? My side/back hair is very strong and thick. Also any recommendations for Turkish clinics? thank you

    1. I reckon you will need at least 6,000 grafts to get decent coverage

    2. You have extensive baldness and your donor area is not "very strong and thick" by any stretch of the imagination. I think you will need to augment your donor supply with beard hair to cover your crown area and get an acceptable overall density.

    3. I would consider Dr Cinik as he is one of the few Turkish surgeons that provides body hair transplants

How old are you? Are you on any meds for hair loss? A hair transplant is not a magic spell where your hair grows back perfectly 6 months after the operation, it can be life changing for the right reasons but also for the wrong reasons. You need to consider the possibility of future loss especially when your donor isn't that thick.

Well the hair around my head is curly and thick on the contrast to the top of my head that is very thin. I'm also 28 years old and i'm not on meds for hair loss, although i used minoxidil a few years ago.

I think you would really benefit from 12 months on finasteride and minoxidil before making a decision. That way if you regain hair(which I think you will) it will cost a lot less and you will know that you can stabilise your hair loss before proceeding.

I had a little less fair loss not much I recently had 6000 grafts from cosmedica which is what I think u will need . I think your diner area is fine but as u shave it it looks finer this is mine after a few weeks of stoping shaving then with 6 weeks growth my diner area is very thick but it didn’t look it at that stage probably like yours . I’d get on finesteride ASAP and message cosmedica

As mentioned above, Get on minoxidil, finesteride, nizoral. Try PRP for a year. Also, perhaps draw a line of where you think your hairline would be acceptable?
