Hair Transplant For Unusual Genetic Baldness Pattern

Hello, I am 27 years old male who has been losing hair at my hairline since age 19. I visited a hair transplant specialist who referred me to a dermatologist. Both told me I do not have alopecia, but must have an unusual inherited hair loss pattern which features what they call "blow-out regions" (small circular areas where all hairs have fallen out) in addition to an element of typical male pattern balding. I explained to my doctors that after ejaculation, my scalp always becomes a little red in color, tingly/itchy, little red papules form for a day or two and my hair falls out. However, if I wait a few weeks or abstain from ejaculating, new hairs grow back. My father and grandfather both have this pattern of loss as well. While my hairline has seriously receded by now, many small new hairs still grow back near the front. If I abstain from ejaculation for a while, many more grow back.

Given this unusual element to my balding pattern, I am wondering if I am still a good candidate for hair transplant. I figure if I transplant the follicles from the back of my scalp which are totally unaffected by aforementioned pattern, perhaps it would still work. I suppose it depends on what exactly occurs on my scalp physiologically after I ejaculate, but hoping this would fix it. Please let me know what you think.
