The pictures are not that good quality, hard to tell. And i think it needs more time, maybe at 1 year you should see the real deal if it worked or not. Are you on any kind of meds or something?

Photos After 5 months and half.
I've not recovered from shock loss yet. I can't see any sign of regrowth yet . I know it is very early to evalute it, but i am worried ....i am afraid to remain with this loss !!!

Well dude, it's not like you can actually do something else except to wait and see. Wait until you hit a year and then you can really evaluate, the fact that you don't take any meds has an impact also i think. I would really like to see pictures from where you started and the before ones in chronological order, i mean from before the first transplant, after it and after the second one also, that you already posted.

Yeah, you can't actually call it a full head of hair, but it is a difference. You have to consider the angle and the lightning of the pictures also, but it was a difference. Now considering that you had shock loss also this time, it's clear that you must wait for at least 12 months to see exactly if you will recover or not. What was the time frame between the transplants?

From what i know you must have used at least minoxidil to try and bypass the shock loss and keep the hair in the growth faze longer. Did you ever try finasteride or minoxidil just curious?

I went to another trichologist this morning. She said that she couldn't see any regrowth and in her opinion it is quite unlikely that after the seventh month a regrowth might start and produce appreciable aesthetic effects. I believe she is right, to be able to evaluate a transplant after 12 months, new hair cannot come up at 11 months. She prescribed me a cure to try and keep existing hair. I'm very disappointed guys, I didn't expect to have an hair transplant and get worse with my hair. I do not question the competence of the clinic, I am sure that something like that could have happened also in another clinic, even with a Top surgeon. If I could go back in time and the specialist had told me that with a healthy hair, like mine, I could have had a permanent shock loss and a lack of regrowth, well I could have chosen more objectively.

Your second hair transplant covered same area that your first hair transplant. Why is that? You lose most of your hair from your first transplant or what?

Hi, i had lost part of my pre-existing hair in that area (androgenetic alopecia) and so i asked him to increase the grafts .
