To be honest, I don't think it looks like male pattern baldness because the hair on your head looks very thick overall, but I guess you never know. I think you should avoid toppik because it does not look at all bad. Also, even if it is male pattern baldness, you can always get on treatments. You are lucky that you are not receding at the front, which can mess up peoples looks.

Hello, I do have the 2 swirls (I've always had 2) - but it seems that it's getting more prominent...unless that just happens with age?

How old are you?
If there is any thinning it is very minor - different lighting, humidity, hair products etc can make it look more or less prominent from day to day.

I'm 23 years old. My hair looks pretty much normal when it's dry, but specifically when it's wet it seems to be thinner than it used to be.

Just use nizoral once a week for a while and forget about it as virtually anyones hair looks worse when its wet.

You certainly look like you have some kind of thinning going. Mine sort of looks like that, actually its in an L shape.
