I'm 27 Years old Male.
Is this sign of hair loss/hair thinning around the crown?

Dad is completely bald/ mom's dad bald

Again you said your dad is bald and so is your grandpa. Genetics is the #1 reason to determine if you're gonna have hair loss soon. As of now it seems you have a pretty normal hair, no time to panic yet. Hair thinning is one indication of hair loss than hair fall.
