Hair Texture and Other Body Parts Change?

Hi, I'm the eldest in our family and I'm a bit curious especially if I encounter changes in us. This seems doubtful but I'm just concern about my sister. I'm starting to notice that she is experiencing changes in her hair texture and other body parts like her breast. I presume this is normal because I got pregnant too though so many years ago. Aside from that, I see some dramatic changes on her moods. Anyway, I understand there could be several type of changes but how do we adapt to it? Are there indications if it is far normal already especially if hair ( dryness and a significant hair loss) and breast ( enlarge, tender and sensitive) are the primary concerns?

Feeling extra sensitive in the breasts is very common when you're pregnant. This is because hormonal changes are preparing your breasts to feed your baby. During your first trimester the breasts will become bigger and as you reach nine months the average woman has gained two pounds just in her breasts.
