Hair system glues comparison for a full French lace base.

I have a huge problem with tapes causing irritation and itching after 3-4 days and always use Walker max hold sport scalp protector.
I don't get itching much at all when I don't wear a hair system.
But I much prefer myself with a hair system as I love the hair style I got with it.

I just found a company called Jesband that sells hydrocolloid hair system tape that doesn't use acrylic adhesive.
However it's expensive at 23 euros for just 5 strips of tape.

If that doesn't work for me, I'll have to try glue. I've tried about 15 different Walker tapes.

I'll only want to try water based glue. However it's for a full French lace base.
I guess I'd only apply it to my scalp on the perimeter? Or would I have to glue my entire scalp?
As read not to apply glue to lace bases.

Which glue would be the best for that base? Ghostbond XL or Platinum ,Walker Safe Grip or Great White?

Ghostbond has been an incredibly disappointing experience for me, but Platinum is absolutely better than XL.

I've heard good things about Great White. I can't imagine these products being that much different...
