Hello,

The ordered system was 1B10 (black with 10% grey hair), I got it installed on a salon and he cut it my hair very short on back and sides. It was very nice, now after one month my hair grow and it seems like the system have reddish tendencies , Im not sure if its dark brown, some damage/strange effect due to sun exposure or if the system had some dye prior selling it.. Can anyone help me how to resolve the problem knowing that my bio hair have more the 10% grey hair ?

If you go out in the sun, and do not use a leave-in conditioner with sunscreen this will happen.

Most hair system hair is stripped down, and dyed. The grey is synthetic.
The only fix is using a dye, they don't stick to synthetic hair.

A color-depositing conditioner like back2natural won't work, since it will stick to ALL of the hair, and cover the grey.

I just checked some photo made right after the salon, the color that I have right now seems the same as it was when I got out of the salon, so maybe keeping the same exact style would solve the color issue

It's great that you don't currently have a problem, but nevertheless I would encourage you to start using a leave-in conditioner with a good high SPF sunscreen, otherwise you will eventually get reddish tints creeping into your system.
