hair styling with rogain foam

**i posted first at conelers and styling forum but no answers there so i will try here.**

hi everyone, i started to use rogain foam last month and i got some questions about styling the hair with it:
(before i statred to use rogain i just washed my hair and used hairdryer and then i put wax on it).
1. i have to put rogain first on dry scalp and wait 10-15 until it dry. but if i use hairdryer to get hair thicker its doesnt give me the same effect as before with wet hair..any toughts form someone who use hairdryer with rogain?
2. i started to use rogain beacause of my left temple,and also bought toppik. when do i need to put it? after or before using hairdryer? i tried to put it at the end but its look like a have tiny hairs on the other reals hair(i dont bald there so there are some hairs left) and my hair doesnt look so organized.
3. using toppik just after i put rogain its not blocking the bald area to breath or something? beacuse i heard that i you put minoxidil/rogain you should not put hat until 4 hour after the using..its true or what?
4. i heard about natural hair wax named hanz de fuko quicksand? anyone here heard or using this? if yes i want to know if it good product for making hair thicker and want to know how to use it(before or after hairdryer)

You could put it on after you use the blow dryer.

I have used Hanz de fuko brand before and I must say it is great. Though I did not use quicksand, I used sponge wax and their hybrid wax their products are awesome. They smell really nicely and they're pretty nice for styling. If the quicksand wax is supposed to make the hair look thicker then I'm sure it does! And by that I mean they advertise that.
