hair spray + nanogen induced bigass shed?

recently started using hairspray and nanogen (lots of both)

and im washing my hair now every 2 to 3 days, however every time i was it i lose like 100 hairs during the shower, and 100 afterwards...

never been this much

is it the products im using? or could it be because i have been using minoxidil very inconsistently for the last 2-3 weeks? or is it just the initial finasteride shed? (started with finasteride about 1 month ago)

I think of the four items you've mentioned, the one's most likely to cause a shed are minoxidil and finasteride in that order, so as much as is possible chillout.

If you're experiencing rawness on the scalp then it may be that the minoxidil and hairspray between them on sensitive skin are causing irratation, but if not carry on and strap in for the ride.

You are only washing your every three days, and all of your shed hairs over that period are being held in place by the tons of hairspray that you are using, so on the day that you wash your hair it appears that you are shedding a lot of hair.
