Hair splicing?

anyone ever hear of this? do a search on On-Rite company in google search engine. They 'splice' hair onto existing hairs. good for people who have a decent amount of hair supposedly, and i think good for women with long hair.

i am a guy trying to grow my hair long, like Ashton Kutcher. I may be able to pull it off, but will need help, maybe hair splicing will help.... thoughts?
