Hello this is my first post, Im 23 yrs old and have noticed that my hair is thinning. Over the past month the hair is falling out like crazy, I went to the dermatologist and said it was telogen effluveum which means its stress related, etc. I told him that when the hair falls out there is a small white bulb kinda thing on the end. He said it means another hair is pushing that out.
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with what the bulb would look like for male pattern baldness vs. other types of hair loss?? (if there is a difference)
I am probably going to take propecia anyways to limit any hair loss.
any help would be awesome.
