Hair loss treatment - Revivogen?

Hi,

I'm 23, and have had gradually thinning hair since I was around 17 or so. It's thinning quite slowly, but nonetheless it's happening. As a rough comparison, I know look like a young Arjen Robben, which if I'm honest, is a little worrying!

I've had a good look at the different options available, and Revivogen seems like the perfect solution. Available for a good price from UK stores completely natural and no side effects. Would anyone be able to offer some experiences of using it please? I'm very tempted just to order it now, as it looks very promising after reading a few articles online.

I guess the three month scalp therapy pack is the one to go for; but is it worth getting the conditioner and shampoo as well?

Just reading up on that Super Zix II stuff now; seems to actually have a much better success rate than Revivogen and has a much lower price point too, which would be awesome. Shame it's not available in the UK

There's no hard evidence that natural and/or topical DHT inhibitors like Revivogen work, although it may help.

You need to start on Finasteride if you're serious about preventing more hairloss.

Blizeh, I can relate to what you are saying. My body cannot tolerate finasteride without excessive sides, so its not an option for me. I'm looking into spironolactone, a topical anti-androgen for maintenance. Perhaps combining that with Revivogen and other topicals will help halt hair or at the very least, slow it down, and be less in the side effects department, so there would be less worry of your health.

I'm looking into spironolactone, a topical anti-androgen for maintenance. Perhaps combining that with Revivogen and other topicals will help halt hair or at the very least, slow it down, and be less in the side effects department, so there would be less worry of your health.

For some reason side effects are exaggerated to say the least of finasteride and even dutasteride when reading forums. When looking at studies somehow the difference between placebo groups and then ones actually getting the drug is almost not noticable.

Just look at the study for dutasteride which is far more powerful and not approved for hairloss, btw I am on finasteride for 6 years and yet to discover any sideffects at all.

Here are some funny numbers for you:

Again dutasteride is not yet approved for hairloss although in theory and even in practice in studies it is better. And its not strange it is better since it inihibits a whoole lot more DHT.

I have yet to see anyone giving any examples/studies that show long term side effects of use of finasteride. I believe there is an ongoing study right now in Sweden for this question.

But I have never ever heard or seen anything remotely to panic about about long term side effects.

And if anyone says "i know this guy... blabla.." or " i have heard blabal".. its just exaggerated.

Trust me, eating fatty food is most likely more dangerous in terms of long term health effects than propecia 1 mg per day. People are only afraid when someone mentions the words "medicin" or "drug" but seem more comfortable when someone says "big mac".

Which would you recommend that's available in the UK then?

Preferably something that has as little side effects as possible, would rather pay more ££ for less risk I think.
