Finasteride stick or twist

Hi guys can anyone please tell me what stage my hairloss is at??? and the type of hairloss I have??? I have a double crown so it is hard for me to tell, please see the pics, been of and on finasteride for about 3 years had to come of last year due to my mrs getting freakd out beacuse she was pregnant been back on it now for about 4 months stopped shedding about a month back. my routine is just finasteride 1mg everyday and nizoral every 4 days. if somebody could let me know from the pics attached that would be great and any other things I should maybe inculde in my routine

Maybe it isn't male pattern baldness, but rather telogen effluvium, nutrient deficiency, or something else
