I am using Regaine Foam for last 5 years but I mainy used once a day.
For last 6 months I am using Regaine twice a day
I also use Nizoral shampoo twice a week.
However, I think Nizoral helped me to delay my hair loss but no real growth.
I think eaach day my hairs are getting thin and thin.

Do you think I should use finasteride along with Regaine?
