Hi :)

I recommend you copy some of my regimen, I put it together over ages and am pretty proud of it! If you're on Min anyway then feel free to jump straight on Spectral DNC instead of being a wuss like me and buying Spectral RS! Rofl

Although actually I see you're getting nanominox anyway which was one of the ones that caught my eye when I was browsing online!

Also man like, get bloods done, optimize T levels, reduce systemic inflammation :)

If you switch your shampoo to Regenepure the advantages will be at least 3-fold as well, as you will be cutting SLS, decreasing inflammation and decreasing DHT in the scalp. You'll also be stimulating the hair with mild caffeine :)

Curcumin and Res and all that... how effective they are depends on your age and reasons for hair loss. Same goes for ashwagandha, etc! Everyone is different!

Well, I'm not sure if it will grow hair on it's own... ketoconazole I think can regrow hair, but I'm sure the quantities of it in regenepure are not going to be huge. However bear in mind that the combo of saw palmetto, aloe vera and emu oil (and other ingredients) will give an additional anti-inflammatory, antibacterial/antifungal and DHT-lowering effect. Hmm, maybe a few drops of something like tea tree oil (and apparently grapefruit seed extract) in there too would help, as they are antibacterial and antifungal.

But yeah anyway - a mild, but probably quite effective shampoo topical!
