Hair loss Pattern on sides of head ?

Is hair loss in the front, sides all around the face typical of female pattern ? Lately I’ve noticed visible scalp on the sides of my head and I didn’t think this fits with the ludwig scale. Thanks

I have the same. And I have been told it is male pattern baldness
