Hi, can anyone tell if this is early signs of balding please
Some background info
Mum dad hasn’t full head of hair nearly 90! All uncles of mum side have full head of hair

Farther is bald, lost it at a young age

I have no excessive shedding, maybe 5-10 hairs come out when washing my hair

I’m 21

If your genes aren't too much to blame, then fapping of 'excessively' can lead to DHT buildup in your scalp not to mention the lack of important nutrients that might contribute to your 'bad' genes if you were to have them...

Though this isn't widely accepted as the sole cause of male pattern baldness it can be a catalyst depending on how 'frequently' you do jack off.

As I said it isn't the sole cause its a catalyst, therefore exessive amounts will only speed up this process. Plus I think in your case genes are to blame, so have a think about this if there is any relevance in my words.

To those that might condemn me for my previous statements, yes masturbation isn't the cause of male pattern baldness. I have consulted and heard some doctors do suggest though, that too much of anything can lead to problems. In this case they spoke of masturbation compounded with underlying male pattern baldness genes...
