Hair loss on the sides

I think I may be losing hair at the side of my head.. I just noticed it one day out of nowhere. I took the pic about a year ago, and my hair seemed to grow back just a little bit, but not drastically. Are there any regimens out there that help with hair loss at the temples? I noticed that the crown of my head is losing some hair too, but it might just be the result of a bad haircut where my hair was thinned out way too much.

No, it cannot happen. Read what it says, that guy had traction alopecia, not androgenic alopecia.

Sometimes bald men do experience some thinning on the side, but that looks extreme and he doesn't even have hair loss on top.

But is it weird that it grew back after a while even if I never used any hair loss treatments? It's not back to its original thickness, but it is definitely not as bald anymore as you see in the picture... Seeing a doctor on Monday but I'd like to have a better idea of what I could possibly have (aside from Androgenetic Alopecia) so I could give the doctor some ideas

Also, if this is indeed Androgenetic Alopecia, will the big 3 help with the sides? Can rogaine and nizoral be used on these parts of the scalp?

Yes...

Just curious cause I`ve heard that rogaine only helps with the crown area
