Hair Loss On Finasteride Losing 100+ A Day

1mg a day for 6 months absolutely no change to hair loss still losing probably 100+ a day 15 over night, 15 in shower and then more thoughout day. Hair feels thinner and cant style it like i used too.

Only 20 years old. I know everyone says wait a year but has anyone actually had it kick in after 6 months and stop hair loss? What am i supposed to do? I just want it to stop not even bothered about regrowth.

I'm interested in knowing this too. Everyone says wait a year but every success story I've come across (and I've obsessively searched out a lot in the last few months) show early results.

Has anyone out there had good results but seen them after six months?

Losing 15 hairs in the shower is completely normal.. A normal person loses around 100 hairs per day.

In my case I lose under 100 a day, but over half of these come from the front M shaped hairline and the thinning patch on my crown.

I can gently pull a clump of hair in those two spots and easily get two, three, or four hairs each time. If I pull a clump on the sides or back I may get 1 but most times I get nothing.

Im sure losing 15 is normal but my hair is definitely thinning, 15 when applying shampoo gently and thats just the ones i count on my hands, im sure loads more get washed out my head into the drain. And then there’s countless more i lose through the day.

All i want to know is did any one add anything to their regime after finasteride that stopped the hair loss and worked?

Did anyone see less hair fall only after 6 months?

add to your estradiol regimen at a dose of 1 mg * 2
