The buzzed look is the only hope to a decent look when you have a NW6, some hair is better than no hair. With a strategic hair transplant and a buzz cut, the illusion of hair does all the work.
To me the shiny scalp is what people worry about so that would be a last hope solution.

I didn’t think it was working after awhile. Then in 2020 I buzzed my head (since I couldn’t get a haircut) for the first time and when it grew back in, it never grew back the same. The baldness was more noticeable, but I still tried to keep it longer until about 2022, when I decided to shave it all off. I recently tried growing it back in and well, these are the results.

Why do guys buzz their head when they know they are balding. Just curious as I would avoid cutting hardly anything short until it reached the level a combover just looked crazy and couldnt hide it at all anymore. A lot of people on that baldcafe channel do that and it just shocks me when they do that when it can still be hidden some.

Well you are lucky being gay as women penalize being bald a lot more than gay guys do apparently. I have a gay couple living in the house down from mine and one of them is bald.

Not imo. Some guys destroy themselves doing that when they still have enough to shape to give the appearance of not balding badly. Agree top of head shape matters a lot.
