hey bruce lee i heard that you take creatine?

now ive been thinkin this for a while now and since you workout you would know more then others but workin out heightens your t levels and i guess what my question is,is workin out better for your hair or worse ro does it not even matter?

My short answer is that I don't think it matters and if it did, I would still work out anyway.

I would of thought that T levels start to fall at around the late 20's to early 30's.
