Hair Loss Help If Anything Can Be Done???

Hi I'm 32 years old. Been balding since 15 so 17 years now. I'm shocked how I actually have hair tbh since losing it at an early age. I shave my head but what are the little tiny hairs in my scalp that grow really slow or at all? Would any treatments help. Would love any advice thank you for reading! S
