Guys this is a serious thread.
For the past few months my hair consistently sheds. Every time i run my hand through my hair several hairs fall out. I could literally sit at my desk and shed up to 60 hairs if i continually ran my hand through my hair. I would also notice hair loss in the shower. My hair was also beginning to feel very thin. However over the past 2 weeks my hair has stopped shedding. Hardly any hairs fall out! My hair also seems to feel thicker.
So why is this? I am trying to understand why. Some things i have done over the past 2 weeks.
1. Stopped masturbating
Very strict here. Absolutely no watching p**rn or looking at any sought of sexual images.
2. Cold showers
I've recently been taking cold showers. Deliberately holding my head under the cold water 3 times a week.
3. Eaten less nuts.
I try and eat as healthy as possible. However i haven't bothered to re buy nuts lately as i have ran out. Could nuts be detrimental to hair loss? Nuts may increase testosterone levels and thus DHT = hair loss? Are nuts bad for hair loss?
4. Post workout fasting
After the gym i consume a protein shake and then i don't eat for several hours. I believe this causes a large spike in HGH and is good for hair.
Besides those 4 things i can't think of any other thing i've been doing differently.
What are your thoughts?
