let's break it down:
a confident man is always a confident man by nature- he was probably raised as a confident child, which carried into adulthood
on the contrary, a man with low self-esteem was probably raised this way as a child
hairloss will not make a confident man unconfident- confidence has everything to do with your self esteem- how much you believe in yourself as a person: it's not how you look, how big you are, how much hair you have, etc- these are physical attributes that dissolve over time- self esteem and confidence DO NOT dissolve over time when someone TRULY has a positive self esteem and lots of confidence- these stay with a man forever, regardless of their physicall attributes
**confidence** has to do with your self beliefs and your inner powers, your natural, defaulted feelings about yourself- hairloss does not affect this. Example: if you were an excellent artist before your hairloss and you could get lots of jobs, then the same applies after your hairloss- nothing has changed except your scalp- you are still a good artist and you can still get lots of jobs
if however, after/during your hairloss, you begin to lose your confidence and self esteem, then these are traits you never held in the first place- because hair loss is only physical, and physical attributes is not what makes a person in this world
if they were, then we wouldn't have bald scientists, bald hockey players, bald astronauts, bald prime ministers- etc etc- you get the point
actually- the CONFIDENT balding people are not on this forum- they're out living their lives, making something of themselves
the unconfident and low-self esteem peeps are in here
and yup, that includes myself- i have always been self-concious of my image
hairloss may make an unconfident man less confident, but not for sure
