Hey guys, been avoiding the forums as of late but my hair has really gotten worse. Day by day it's starting to feeler thinner and thinner, which is unlike the slow recession I've been experiencing the past few years. I can see a lot of scalp through my hair now and it doesn't seem to be holding the usual style it used to. It's been a stressful past few months and I haven't been eating/sleeping much. Also I'm getting the worst acne I've had in years for some reason which makes me think maybe it's Telogen Effluvium or something hormonal. But what do you guys think?
