Hey guys, something's been bothering me lately. When I was a younger man, (my early 20s) I would get hair jokes at me from every angle: relatives, "friends", co-workers, it was just a matter of life. Then when I got in my 30's and had lost all my hair, all the jokes stopped....literally years have gone by and I have not heard one single hair joke. Since November, I've been trying hard to grow some hair back and now, over the last 3 weeks I have heard no less than 5 hair jokes. (You shouldn't stress yourself out so much about work, you're gonna lose the rest of your hair) HaHa..last time I heard that one, it was 15 years ago. What gives?? What...is it considered "rude" to joke about hairloss to a guy that is literally "bald", but now since I look like I'm "balding" it's ok...I'm fair game again? That's rude. If I see some huge mother that I know is losing weight munching out on a salad during lunch, I don't say. "Hey, what's up, no Super Size Fries today?" Due to the late stage of my hair loss, I will never-ever be considered NOT to have a hair loss problem..if I have to put up with these comments for the rest of my days...I may have to let it all fall out again...depressed.
