I know that it's normal for hair to fall out while taking showers. But when should a man start to worry? I never payed attention to it before.
Thanks

Shedding is quite normal, and some people shed more than others.
Think it like this. Your hair falls, it grows back, you don't have male pattern baldness.
Your hair falls, you experience recession because it doesn't grow back on your temples and crown, you have male pattern baldness.
I panick a lot but I have very curly hair and sometimes the strands that naturally fall just stay there, so everytime I actually pull my hair gently to see if those hairs are still there they just fall off at a big quantity.

Only way to control this is to actually wash my hair often, but I don't like doing it tbh.
