Some unfortunate news... I emailed Professor Dan Ben Amitai who worked on the phase 2 trials and he said they quit them because it was ineffective for female androgenic alopecia. Probably still useful for immune system related hair loss.

Edit: To add I asked about safety and he didn’t raise any concern. So I don’t think this is unsafe
It upregulates fgf7 so I'm sure it helps in Androgenetic Alopecia even if it's not enough to achieve statistical significance. Considering his answer though you're better off using a PGF2a analogue for fgf7.
