Sorry for my bad english

Need help !

Few months ago I found a yeast infection on my scalp .I knew it wasn't psoriasis as I been living with psoriasis all my life so I know how it reacts when I treat it with corticoides, Betamethasone, etc...(I've also been taking high doses of vitamin d3 and k2 for years, which is very, very effective for my psoriasis).I knew it was something else, like seborrheic dermatitis or smth else.

This white buildup (became yellow few weeks later) made me lose all my hair on my hairline...scratching it
made the buildup disappear and my hair is now growing back. It was first baby hair that was constantly falling out and it then started to grow and it's becoming thicker and thicker.

Unfortunately, the yeast is now on both the top and left side of my head and my hair is now slowly thinning in these areas (same sh*t happened to my hairline few months ago before slowly growing back)...

I went to my dermatologist and he said it was "something like seborrheic dermatitis" and gave me a clobetasol cream as "what works on psoriasis works for everything" (I was kinda chocked to hear that, specially since hes a very respectable dermatologist where I live)

What I'm using / what I tried:

- T-gel therapeutic shampoo (for psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis,...)
- clobetasol propionate cream 3 times per week
- Biotin vitamins twice a day
- Daktarin (miconazole): only twice but I didn't find it different from the clobetasol cream so I decided to stick with the latter as I know I could safely use it on my scalp
- diprosone/dermovate
- tea tree oil in standard shampoo

and while I can admit it's not AS BAD as it was few months ago, it's still there doing damage.

The yeast or dermatitis appeared after 4 events:

- HUGE emotional stress
- Sleep deprivation (I was sleeping like 3 nights per week, it lasted for a year)
- Drinking diet coke every day (Been off diet coke for a week now and I feel a lot better. I'll have to check if stopping this "new" addiction has any benefit for my scalp in a few weeks)
- new hair product; a clay, it's very oily...stopped using it 3 weeks ago

So yeah, I really have no idea what to do, what to use, what to eat/not eat (I used to be junk food addicted, I'm doing a lot of changes when it comes to food but I'm still driking absolute garbage...sometimes I only drink like 1 or 2 bottle(s) of water per week). I'm definitely trying to change these bad habits but in the meanwhile, I'm still looking for potential products that could work for my scalp

so yeah I'm not really asking for products or drugs that can help regrow hair, cuz It's growing back on its own on areas where the yeast infection disappears....but I need help to get rid of it.
