hair going through an aggressive shed what do?

began finasteride just before xmas, decided to change to dutasteride 12 days ago - didnt experience much on the finasteride just a tender nipple for a couple of days which went away....experienced no sides that i know of from the dutasteride apart from the past maybe say 3/4 days its literally thinned so so much! is this a good sign or what?

I switched to dutasteride a couple months ago and I'm still shedding. Everything I've read on here says ride it out
