Hello friends, so firstly I'm on finasteride since 1.5 month, there was no shedding at all in the 1st month but since i'VE started CROSSFIT TRAINING, my pillow has 10-15 hairs on it and my hair also feels WORST.i.e less dense

WTF it feels frustrating.
What do guys feel it is?
Should i stop CrossFit training?

Dude your hair isn't falling because of training. I don't take finasteride myself but from what i read in the first 6 months at some point or another expect a big shed before getting better.

Yes, you should STOP crossfit training and start bodybuilding. Crossfitters are like vegans and will let you know what they do without provocation.

explains why he put "CROSSFIT TRAINING" in all caps

crossfit is for middle aged pussies who want to pay money to feel tough and, for some reason, they all seem to brag about it. I can outrun and out-lift all of these little b****s at my gym.

Bad form , bad coaches, bad diet. Just all around it's a scam.Any "legit" crossfitter is going to have a strong background in bodybuilding anyways. Those dudes that compete at the crossfit games are beast I'll admit.

yeah, good point. I suppose I am just referring to the watered down gym version. Kind of like yoga. There are really legit places and then just BS places.

Man you must be a troll or a spam bot or something. You have had an account since like last week and you have more created almost more threads than posts in that time. Chill with the stupid questions and just lurk for a bit, you might learn something.

Strength training increases testosterone. Anything that increases testosterone can also increase DHT, and lead to increased hair loss. That's just a sad fact of life.

EDIT: Nvm that I see you're doing crossfit so none of that applies here. Check to see if your balls are still present.

No sympathy if you put crossfit on caps, call it as workout and assume that it'll raise testosterone. Hell you lost us at crossfit itself.
