Hair Everywhere, Non Stop Shedding.

I am using Minoxidil for a couple of years and I just had a DHI transplant 5 weeks ago. For past several months my scalp is itchy but showing no signs of infection/redness etc. and hair is constantly everywhere I look. Everytime I put my hands through my hair there are many hairs on my palms. In my toilet hairs are everywhere on the floor and I have attached a pic of just laying on my pillow for a very short while.

I know its normal to shed hair but the amount coming off my head is way above normal. Is this me going bald and will it keep happening?
