I'm sure someone asked before but using the search doesn't help because it gives me answers for either hair or dryer...

Anyways, I used to use a hair dryer make 2-3 times per year but now that I have to use rogaine I use it every day. So how bad is it for your hair? I try to move it around alot so there is no area that gets really hot...

I use it everyday to and try to move it around alot. I always get nervous that heat is killing my hair but if heat was killing my hair it would not be falling out in the traditional male pattern baldness pattern.

I use the cold setting. That can't be any worse for your hair than a windy day.

Lowest setting and slow speed, holding it many inches from your head- should be fine.

Don't the directions for Rogaine say not to use a blow dryer? I'm pretty sure that deactivates it. The cold setting might work, if it goes cold enough. Like you said, that shouldn't be any different from wind.
