Hair Bad Smelling Dandruff Problem Help Me

Hey people. I have so much dandruff and I guess that makes my hair smelling so bad. I used so many shampos but none result. I consult dematologists and they said that it is seborrheic dermatitis however I tried the tratments, but none solved the problem. Sometimes I think the doctors do not want to solve my problem, but just get my money ... I have this problem for a long long time ...

The pictures show the dandruffs and hair...The main problem is the bad smelling...
