"Hair Assist" - Could this work?

Seems to have a lot of good ingredients. You see these things online all over the place saying how good they are for your hair etc. Now they most likely are good for your hair , but if they will really make a difference to your hair appearance/growth is anyones guess. I love taking stuff like this , but I really think nothing other than Finasteride and minoxidil will not cause any great difference.

They don't say how much of each ingredient the product contains, which is a bad sign. And most of the stuff hasn't been shown to work orally OR topically. I'd rather take ginkgo, cayenne and silica orally than use them topically. Topical sage and rosemary MIGHT have an effect, but I wouldn't count on it, unless the product contains a lot of them.

Would you try something like this? Or is something like Tricomin a better bet?
