I had a hair transplant 7 months back. Everthing went well. I had hair transplant to increase the density. Now the hairs started falling. The falling hairs doesnot have white bulb in the end, it just have a black tip or very small bulb. But if i pull out mu hairs from the top of my head then it does have a white bulb.
I had a PRP session 7 months back. Currently taking biotin tablet daily and using minoxidil 5% and tropical Finasteride.
When i use Minoxidil it makes my skin so rough, dry and itchy. But i use anti dandruff shampoo to handle that.
My concern it does this black tip/bulb at the end of the shredding hairs is a concern to worry about or this is normal?
