Gyno, help any suggestions please

took avodart for about 5/6 weeks as my first proper hair loss med. noticed chest pains and now my left nipple is very puffy and can cup it, I'm a skinny guy as well so find it a bit worrying. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I quit cold turkey about a week and a half ago, the gyno seems to still progress but hard to say, will it get better if I leave it?

Why didn't you start with finasteride? Anyway, I hope some of the oldest members here can help you.

yea try finasteride, perhaps take zinc supplements dunno if its gonna do any good. Its a natural aromatase inhibitor

Hey sorry about the later reply! I just checked the dates properly so it must be just under 2 months now. The gyno does seem to have subsided with time, still a little there but hey progress! Can someone also tell me how to upload pictures in a chat so I can show you guys??

I would stay away from alcohol, sugar, and soy.

does soy enhance gyno bro??

Did it subside while on finasteride?

To to add a picture click on the square with a tree in it. Then follow the instructions from there. Hope that helps.

I haven't taken finasteride, I can't see any square with a tree. I am on my phone so that could be a reason why?
