Gyno came back even after surgery when he resumed finasteride/dutasteride

So that gyno recurring after the surgery when finasteride/dutasteride is resumed is normal occurence?
Does that happen to a lot of people?
There doesn't seem to be clear cut answer to this question.

I never got it from finasteride or duta or together but it's extremely common on estrogen. I think there's a distinction between breast removal, gyno removal and breast reduction but I am not sure exactly but breast reduction seems to look much nicer than removal without mastectomy which seems to be common for FtM's and eh, to each his own....
