Unfortunately shampoo's and conditioners don't say on the scalp long enough to qualify as a way to fight hair loss. They can maybe to a tiny tiny tiny bit to help though, and if you use a Conditioner anyways, finding a good one won't hurt.
As far as I knwo there are no conditioners that contain any ingredients that fight hair loss, so if I were you, I would go with the lines of products that make conditioners alongside hair loss products. Example would be Revivogen's conditioner. Or Progaine from the Rogaine line of hair products.
The only exception to the above rule would be Nizoral, as it fights inflammation associated with male pattern baldness, and this can directly help. As far as fighting hair loss itself, there really is no shampoo that can do this on its own.
