Guys thinning pretty bad , WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

the funny this is that i dont think im thiinning at the exact verten of my head , its more like directly on top ... ...and then in the front theres a spot .

Its not too bad at all... you have a lot of hair.... if you are indeed loosing your hair (and confirm that with a doctor) try growing it longer... You seem to have curly hair and it will cover things up very well... If you have male pattern baldness then get on to finasteride first and then add treatments after 6- 10 months or even after a year on finas...diffusethinning responds well to Finas.. meanwhile, just calm down and enjoy your life but just keep a watch on your hair. Dont dwelve too much into it... When you grow older you will know what I mean....

Yes i think you will respond well to finasteride seen as it mostly your crown that needs work. I've seen guys with much worse hairloss get a substantial amount of hair back on finestride and chances are it may be the same for you. In my oppinion i dont think your hairloss is bad but its on its way to being bad so act now get on finasteride. If your worried about people noticing your thinning crown until finestride does its work then try a hair concealer to thicken up the appearance of your hair until then. You've still got a good chance of saving your hair. Good luck!

Thanks alot guys , you guys made me feel alot better ...im thinking of growing my hair out long and seeing what happens??....what do u mean hair concealors?

I dont really know the answer to that one but i know the technology is real and isnt fake. The fibres are just micro keratine fibres (the same substance your hair is made out of) that add thickness to your hair. It technically isnt fake hair, just fibres that give the illusion you have more hair when it fact your hair has just gotten thicker.

My hair hasnt thinned enoughed for me to consider this option yet so thats my reason, but i may still consider this one day if things get worse.

Its weird i just checked before .. and i have 2 certain thin spots.......one right in the front ...and another above the vertex ..but its not centered at the vertex like most bald spots its weird.

I've got some thinning behind my hairline. If this and my hairline dissappear i will easilly be a norwood 3v. Furthermore i have a thin spot at the back of my head thats worse than my crown. That kind of area of hairloss is norwwod 7 s**t. I guess you can lose hair in any pattern. If it gets worse i guess i'll be using topik hair concealers.
