Guys...I now 100% have gyno.. unilateral lump has grown.

well...its now undeniable. My right pectoral now protrudes, and a somewhat small cone has formed. It all been painless ,but it is evident in pictures. My bf% is higher then usual, so i dunno what it will all look like when i lean up... honestly guys..all i can say is that right now i feel like telling merk F.U. <2% chance...

I guess i'm off the drug for good now. I've been on .5mg for less then a week now (i quit proscar for a week due to breast discomfort) and now i guess i'm going to totally stop it.

I was about to post pics of my hair because the mid and top portion of it is getting amazing regrowth. The front temple also just now has some long *** white vellus hairs growing in. I guess its true that those with the bad side effects are also the best responders. Sux...huh...

Well...any reccomendations on where to get some novalex or whatever? Is this the best / least side effect estrogen blocker?

8 months 3 weeks proscar. BTW i have pics showing the gyno, if anyone really really would like to see.

Nolvadex will help with the prevention of gyno and in some cases reverse early symptons. Good luck getting any from your doctor though, as far as I know doctors dont hand this stuff out too quickly, but who knows.

You can always try Arimidex.

One thing I found interesting in your post is you said that the gyno was painless but in another paragragh said you had nipple discomfort. I ask because (although Im not too sure), gyno is suppose to have some type of discomfort, otherwise I would probably contritbute your nipple "coning" to fat gain.

Of coarse the best thing to do instead of self diagnosing, is to go to a good doctor.

what i mean is this. 2 weeks a go i binged out on the weekend on booze. Woke up sunday with discomfort in my right nipple region. This went away after 3-4 days, but to be safe i layed off the proscar for a week. Started up again 5-6 days ago at a low dose, but now noticed the cone has formed in the nipple that had pain.

It is very unilateral, so i doubt it would be fat gain.

what are the benefits of Armidex vs Nova? Also i know with the nova, much like proscar you can always get it online too right? (My proscar was through prescription locally though)

A list of options for you, (you can do a search on each to learn more)

Arimidex. The latest addition used in the treatment of breast tumors. It works so well it may actually lower estrogen levels too much, leading to suppressed HDL (good cholesterol)

Cyclofenil. Milder than Clomid but similar in efficacy

Nolvadex. An anti breast cancer drug, which is also thought to lower IGF

Clomid. Intended for use as an ovarian stimulant, Clomid works in men as both an anti-estrogen and a Testosterone stimulator

DHT. In one study conducted for 18 months on 40 men, twice daily application of DHT resulted in complete disappearance of gynecomastia in 10 patients; partial regression in 19; and no change in 11 after 4 to 20 weeks (Kuhn et al, 1983). The dosage used was 125 mg of DHT applied twice daily

The surgical removal of breast lumps is quickly becoming standard practice. The man who has performed more gynecomastia operations than anyone else in the world, Dr. Bruce Nadler.

After the gyno gets past a certain stage, surgical removal is the only option. No medication can shrink the inflamed area. The good news is, once the operation is performed, there's less of a chance of re-developing gyno since the majority of the target tissue is removed.

Yeah the nolvadex is what i'm currently going to try i think...Anyone know any reliable places i could order it online descretely w/o script (and get into Canada, i don't want to get into trouble and have to explain why i ordered breast cancer pills)

Also if anyones interested, i read this thing from an article ABC did about gyno, and apparantly a good test is to raise one's arm above their head as much as they can, and then pinch the nipple area. If one feels a lump, it is likely glandular gyno.

Lifting my left arm produces nothing, my right arm produces a lump about the size of an olive (maybe *slightly* larger) this must have just developed within a few weeks, and hopefully might be reversable still.

There you go. That is the best way to search for gyno and what you describe sounds like it too me. I'm from Canada as well and it took me a little searching to find a doctor that was open and understanding enough to give me a script.

I would suggest that you go to your a doctor or a doctor and tell them:

A) I have been doing a cycle of steroids and I want to tget off without the rebound effect of higher estrogen levels and gyno. I need some Nolvadex because I dont want to elliminate all the estrogen in my body but perfer to stop potential gyno with the help of Nolvadex. Please help me out with a prescription.

B) Tell the docotr the truth as to why you started developing gyno and that you want Nolvdex.

Some docotrs are just assholes and you have to be crafty in getting the drug you need, as they will never understand why you would even ask for something like Nolvadex. On the other hand, as I mentioned already start looking around for a more understanding doctor ( a sports medicine doctor) or one that understands why you would be asking for the stuff in the first place.

Dont be timid in what you are asking for and do some research before you visit a health advisor. Some doctors need lessons in how certtain drugs work, at least thats been my experience. Once they see and hear that you have actually done your homework and know what your talking about they arent so quick to kick you out of the exam room.

I hate to use you as an example, but THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU f*** WITH MOTHER NATURE PEOPLE. There are some guys here who think side effects are only for that 2% and that the FDA "wouldnt of approved" it if it were higher. I don't think I need to remind most of you that green paper makes the world go round. Hell, Propecia is a sponsor of the site I'm posting on this very minute. I refuse to grow breasts just to grow some temporary hair

Yeah, but your taking saw palmetto, so how could you be so opposed to one thing when the item your taking is just as bad for possibly causing gyno.

Ya I have gyno, thing I dont understand is it is getting worse(im positive about it) now that im off propecia(slowly, really slowly), Fucken insurance, I really need it back. That or I need to do a saliva test.

AHh well, im done bitching about all this crap.

Wrong. Was on saw palmetto. For 2 days. Then I stopped because I realized what I was doing to my body. Never have had finasteride in my possession and never will
