How can you determine whether it was a prolonged telogen effluvium and not just your male pattern baldness taking it's natural course and the finasteride not being very effective? Or could it be that the finasteride did slow down what would've ordinarily been a very aggressive case of male pattern baldness?

I dunno...I've been using one of Dr. Lee's products for about a month now and it's cool, no scalp irritation, I don't think I've thinned out more since it's inception into my regimen.....What did Dr. Lee suggest that you do? Totally stop the propecia?

Maybe you could try getting that propecia efficacy test thingy done to determine if it should be working for you and then adjust your regimen accordingly....

Maybe your hair went thinner because you discontinued using the propecia after adding the Xandrox 15; if you were using both at the same time, could the thickening effect from the Xandrox have maintained longer?

of course i dot know dr. lee personally. but keep in mind that he's also trying to sell his products. i've had encounters with doctors who have their own line of stuff and they'll knock on any treatment that isnt theirs.

considering all that we've discussed in these forums, it seems that the right path to go is to stick with propecia (granted that youre not suffering from side effects). i really dont see how a DHT blocker can cause significant damage to your hair

well said!

I am a big fan of Dr Lee and have been using his products for years but I am always mindful that he is a salesman....I am sure he believes what he says and what he sells...but my guard is still up.

I have an extremely hard time believing that Dr. Lee told you that your hair is in a telogen effluvium. He is never that cut and dry when I talk with him.

well belive it he says that in some cases Telogen Effluvium started
after 1 year of using propecia
and he's right Telogen Effluvium is possible due 2 propecia
cuz if u have chemical unbalance in yourbody
then Telogen Effluvium could start so ..
anyway im really confused i dont know what to do
maybe i should wait a month or to before quiting?

Is there a test you could do to prove whether there's chemical imbalance in your body? I've never heard this before and am highly suspicious. What chemicals are out of balance and causing your sheds?

so meaning what?

what should i do about this Telogen Effluvium
dr.lee says if i continue using finasteride then Telogen Effluvium can become
chronic Telogen Effluvium

this is f*****g disturbing

but actualy do u know a test i can do 2 check if i have Telogen Effluvium
or just loco shedding cuz x15 after 2.5 months?
